Aras is a lecturer, He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Salahaddin University, collage of Administration and Economy in 2009, The thesis title "Specifying and Analyzing Investment Determinants in Kurdistan Region – Iraq''. and MSC in Business Administration from Salahaddin University in 2000 the title of the thesis " Reengineering Compulsory Insurance from Accidents in Iraqi – Kurdistan Region - Strategic Approach. His BSC is received from Business Administration, collage of Administration and Economy, Salahaddin University in 1993 with Excellent Level, and arrange 1 of the Collage. another
